About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Youth Football Team Leader to join our team at Littlekickers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing our youth football teams, focusing on building a positive and inclusive team culture. As a key member of our coaching team, you will contribute to the success of our children's activity business by delivering high-quality coaching sessions and promoting player development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver engaging coaching sessions for youth football players
  • Lead and motivate a team of junior coaches and volunteers
  • Work closely with the coaching team to develop and implement training programs

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., sports management, education)
  • Fully qualified Level 1 FA coaching qualification or other equivalent coaching qualifications
  • Proven track record of coaching experience with youth football teams

Salary: £22,000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
