Team Leader

Tesco is seeking an experienced and motivated Team Leader to join our store team.
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of store staff, developing their skills and knowledge, and ensuring that they have the necessary tools and resources to perform their roles effectively.
You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service, managing inventory levels, and controlling costs.
We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including pension scheme, life insurance, and 20 days annual leave.
Key responsibilities- Lead a team of store staff to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance and increase sales.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure that all customers receive a warm welcome and efficient service.
