Job Title: Pharmacy Team Leader for Procurement

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our procurement operations, ideally in NHS Hospital pharmacies.

This role will involve collaborating with the Chief Pharmacy Technician and other senior departmental managers to deliver excellence in quality, performance, and patient care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of technicians and assistants, ensuring safe and high-quality care, and implementing changes to improve how we work.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead procurement services as a senior departmental manager.
  • Ensure safe and high-quality care through effective management and leadership.
  • Ensure appropriate training, stock management, and staffing levels are in place.
  • Comply with regulatory requirements for holders of a Wholesale Dealers license.
  • Support the Chief Pharmacy Technician in the overall management of Pharmacy Services.
