We are seeking an exceptional Headteacher who will shape the future direction of our school and ensure the continued success of our students. This inspirational leader must have a clear vision for our Secondary School with SEN experience and the ability to implement it in partnership with all key members of the school community, including Governors, staff, parents, and children.
The role comes with a salary range of L18 to L31 (Range 5 Leadership - Headteacher).

We aim to support the development of children (aged 11 - 19) with communication and interaction needs, including speech, language and communication needs, autistic spectrum disorder and moderate learning difficulties.
About You- Applicants must currently work or have experience working in a Secondary School, preferably with SEN students and EHCPs.
