Job Title: Lead Youth Minister
We are seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to head our Under 18's ministry at New Wine Trust.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand Sunday and mid-week children's ministries, fostering a strong sense of community engagement among young people.
- Foster mission, evangelism, and outreach to local youth, guiding them in their spiritual growth.
- Build nurturing relationships with children and their families, providing pastoral care and discipleship.

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a vibrant and growing town centre church, Holy Trinity Aylesbury, which aims to create a welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong.
Requirements:
We're looking for a committed, baptised, evangelical charismatic Christian with proven experience of working with children in a Christian context. You will have excellent communication, organisation, and leadership skills, as well as the ability to inspire and motivate both children and young people.
Salary: £32,000 - £37,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
