About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Learning and Organisational Development Officer to join our HR and Payroll Department. This exciting opportunity will allow you to develop and shape our learning and organisational development provision, driving employee engagement and enhancing skills across the Club.

You will work closely with Club departments to understand training needs, identify skills gaps, and align our training offering with overall priorities. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and delivering in-house training and workshops, as well as optimising the use of the apprenticeship levy to meet individual and Club development needs.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a dynamic team.
