Talent and Organisational Development Director

We are seeking a Talent and Organisational Development Director to join our team at Wright Solutions. This is an opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional HR services and driving organisational success.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of Business Partners and Advisors, providing expert advice and guidance to internal stakeholders across the country. You will also be involved in supporting senior managers on complex case management issues and change management initiatives, as well as managing projects and initiatives to improve organisational effectiveness.
- Organisational Development: Driving organisational effectiveness and efficiency through strategic project management and leadership.
- Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional HR services.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring and coaching a team of HR professionals to ensure consistent service delivery and excellence in HR practice.
The ideal candidate will have CIPD level 7 qualifications and proven experience in leading a business partnering and advice service. They will also have excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills, as well as a passion for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
Salary Range: £50-55,000 + benefits package.
