About the Role

We are seeking an Organisational Capability Manager to join our Corporate Services Division, based in Birmingham with travel to our London site. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, full-time position.

The successful candidate will have experience of working with managers to identify and develop talent, as well as reviewing FRC's approach to leadership development. A professional qualification in relation to HR, leadership and management, and organisational development is also essential.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum

About the Job

This role exists within the HR function of the Corporate Services Division, enabling the organisation to deliver its business objectives in line with managing public money and risk. The successful candidate will lead on the development of career pathways for FRC core professions, support the design and delivery of new learning bitesize products, and design and deliver training for line management.

  • Develop FRC talent processes to enable managers to identify and develop early and emerging talent;
  • Support the introduction of a new learning platform for the FRC and lead on the development of e-learning content in relation to core and soft skills;
  • Design and deliver content relating to FRC's future leaders/emerging leaders' programme;
  • Design and deliver training materials to align with FRC's approach to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion;

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish a skills baseline for FRC core professions;
  2. Review FRC's approach to leadership development to ensure leadership capability is built at all levels;
  3. Lead on the development of career pathways for FRC core professions;

Requirements:

  • Experience of working with managers to identify and develop talent;
  • Experience of working with leaders to baseline skills for professional groups;
  • Professional qualification in relation to HR, leadership and management, and organisational development;
