Job Title: Organisational Transformation Lead

We are seeking an Organisational Transformation Lead to join our team at GKN Automotive, a global leader in drive systems.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and implementing organisational human resources transformation initiatives. This includes designing and implementing processes, systems, and cultural initiatives that support the evolution of HR functions to drive greater operational efficiency, employee experience, and alignment with organisational objectives.

This role requires a strategic and highly collaborative approach, with a focus on change management and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of HR best practices, project management expertise, and the ability to lead large-scale projects.

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and effectively to various audiences. You should also have a proven track record in leading and managing large-scale projects, with experience in project management methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall.

In addition, you will need to demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse collaborators and influence without authority. A deep understanding of organisational culture and the ability to work with empathy and inclusivity in diverse teams is also essential.

What We Offer:
