About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Head of Learning and Organisational Development in our Birmingham office. The role will involve leading organisational development solutions, developing learning strategies, and managing the OD and Wellbeing team.

The successful candidate will have up-to-date knowledge of current learning, OD and wellbeing trends, initiatives and practices. They will be responsible for designing and implementing People/Learning/OD strategies, operational/delivery plans in support of change, improving culture and business performance.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing an L&OD and Wellbeing plan that recognises and enables high performing colleagues and teams.
  • Identifying, designing, developing, delivering, and evaluating organisational development solutions which deliver a culture of engagement, learning, inclusion, and wellbeing.
  • Leading and managing the OD and Wellbeing team, ensuring there are clear team and individual objectives in place to deliver engagement, performance, and well-being.

A competitive salary of £57,347 - £67,466 per annum is offered for this role, along with a range of benefits including 27 days holiday, pension contributions, and life assurance.
