Job Description:

The SAP Business Change Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the Change and Training Manager with content input and tasks that contribute to the change and training journey on an SAP client project. This includes delivering high-quality project business change deliverables, such as contributing to the change and communications strategy and plan, change network design, set up and support, change impact assessments, tracking actions arising from change impact assessment, communications material, persona design, user journey mapping, process mapping, business readiness approach and metrics, and tracking business readiness.

This position also supports the Change and Training manager in carrying out training activities, including training needs analysis, training tool selection and configuration, training material development, identification and setup of course facilities, course timetable, scheduling & invites, and course feedback. The ideal candidate should have circa 2-4 years of experience within change and training, be able to perform full-time on-site roles for selected portions of the SAP Programme (or other programme of work), and have a general understanding of organisational change. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence/manage a variety of stakeholders without direct line management.

Salary Information:
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 per annum, plus benefits. Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
