SalaryThe estimated salary for this role is between £30,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This figure is based on national averages for similar positions in the UK childcare sector.
About the RoleAs a Care Home Training Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions to childcare professionals across various settings in the UK. Your primary goal will be to equip them with the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent care and support to vulnerable children.
Key Requirements- A teaching qualification such as Cert-Ed or Level 3 Award in Education & Training
- At least 2 years of experience in teaching or training in Health and Social Care
- A DBS check and relevant insurances
