Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced HR Change Manager to join our client's team in the UK. As an HR Change Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a change management strategy, including communication plans and training programs.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement change management strategies.
- Deliver training to employees across various levels of the organization.
- Drive Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of Senior Change Management experience.
- Oracle HRIS/HCM Transformation experience.
- Proven expertise in Oracle EBS/Cloud HR Self-Service.
- Experience in developing and delivering HR Change Management strategies.

Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive an estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience.
