About the Opportunity:
AECOM is seeking a Climate Change Specialist to join our team in Birmingham. As a Climate Change Specialist, you will be responsible for working on projects that aim to reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainable development. You will provide expertise in carbon accounting, climate risk assessments, and sustainability reporting, working closely with clients to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

We offer a competitive salary of £32,000 - £42,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including hybrid work options, professional development opportunities, and a commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will also have the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a dynamic team, and contribute to reducing carbon emissions and promoting sustainable development.

About You:
We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled individual who is passionate about climate change and sustainability. You should have a relevant MSc or equivalent qualification in Sustainability, Carbon, Climate Change, Environmental Science, Sustainable Waste Management, Earth/Environmental Sciences, Geography, Social Sciences or similar. You should also have strong communication skills in English, fluency in other languages an advantage, solid numeracy skills, confidence in working with large data sets, and competent user of Excel.

Salary: £32,000 - £42,000 per annum.
