About the Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to join a project at the intersection of technology, sustainability, and data science, helping to shape the community around an innovative product with a meaningful mission.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage a vibrant community of data scientists around the Weave platform.
  • Develop and execute a content strategy to keep the community informed, inspired, and engaged.
  • Foster relationships with industry influencers and potential partners to expand the community.
  • Track community engagement metrics and report on community growth and user needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Community Manager, preferably in a software or technical environment.
  • Experience building and managing online communities, including creating content and organising events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and connect with diverse community members.
  • Ability to work closely with technical teams to provide community insights and feedback.
  • Strong organisational skills and experience using community management tools (e.g., Discord, Slack, forums).
  • Proven track record of fostering a sense of belonging and inclusivity within an online community.
  • Possess a passion for Weave's mission of addressing climate change by improving access to data and accelerating the use of artificial intelligence.
