About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HR professional to join our team as an HR Advisor.


Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive advisory, strategic, ER and HR support services to the business and employees.


Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance management, and HR strategy.
  • Coach and partner with line managers to resolve people matters.
  • Support the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Create and send contracts for new starters and manage the right to work and referencing process.
  • Coordinate development initiatives within the business.
  • Support the annual performance, bonus and salary review process.
  • Manage employee relations cases.
  • Monitor and update HR policies in line with best practice.

Requirements
  • CIPD qualified
  • Good knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how HR contributes to the wider business strategy
  • Ideally knowledge of Cascade HRIS
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to co-ordinate and manage people, events and data
  • Able to exercise sound judgement and challenge appropriately
  • Able to cope with conflicting demands, prioritise duties and work effectively under pressure to meet deadlines

Estimated Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum.
