Job Summary:The Human Resources Development Lead will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering training programs that cater to the diverse needs of various teams within the firm.
- Develop and implement comprehensive training strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain close relationships with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of training programs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
The Human Resources Development Lead will be responsible for:
- Creating engaging training content, including presentations, manuals, and online resources.
- Coordinating logistics for both internal and external training sessions.
- Fostering collaboration between team members to promote knowledge sharing and best practices.
