Corporate Governance Officer

The Corporate Governance Officer will play a critical role in ensuring the effective operation of the University's governance structure. This includes supporting high-level committee meetings, drafting committee reports, and maintaining accurate records of committee activities.
As a Corporate Governance Officer, you will work closely with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and good practice. You will have a strong understanding of the higher education sector and be able to communicate complex information clearly and effectively.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about governance and has a strong analytical mind. You will have a degree in a relevant field, experience of working within the sector, and excellent organisational and administrative skills.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with others to achieve shared goals and objectives. You will have the ability to use discretion when required and exercise sound judgement in making decisions.
Salary estimate: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum.
