We are now seeking an exceptional individual to fill the role of Healthcare Governance and Quality Lead Specialist.

Job Description

This exciting opportunity involves overseeing all quality and governance matters within the Medical Physics department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective operation and ongoing registration of our quality system.

You will provide specialist knowledge to enhance the delivery of quality medical physics services, promoting a culture of excellence throughout the department.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Leading the team to ensure efficient operation and quality system registration
  • Providing expert guidance to improve the effectiveness of medical physics services
  • Overseeing all aspects of quality, standards, and governance within the department
  • Safeguarding compliance with internal policies and external bodies
  • Developing and maintaining departmental policies and procedures
  • Acting as risk manager for the department
  • Delivering training on quality management principles
  • Managing deputy quality managers and line managing quality and governance officers

Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also comes with a range of benefits, including flexible working arrangements and opportunities for professional development.

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is £70,000.
