Clinical Governance Specialist

East Kent Hospitals University NHS Foundation Trust is committed to providing high-quality medical services, and we are seeking a skilled Clinical Governance Specialist to lead our department of Medical Physics. This role will involve overseeing the quality and governance matters related to our medical physics services.
This position requires at least 5 years of experience as a quality systems manager or quality representative in the private or public sector, as well as a degree in Health Care Science topics and/or Quality Management. You should have a strong understanding of management processes and systems, including quality and risk.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a range of benefits, including a car lease scheme, on-site childcare, generous annual leave, and other perks.
Your main duties will include leading the team in ensuring effective and efficient operation and ongoing registration and certification of the quality system within the department of Medical Physics. You will also provide specialist knowledge to ensure our medical physics services become progressively more effective in delivering quality services.
