Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our quality and governance initiatives, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. The successful candidate will have expertise in quality management, risk assessment, and policy development.

Main Responsibilities

  • To direct and lead the team in maintaining and improving the quality system within the department, ensuring ongoing registration and certification.
  • To provide specialist knowledge and support to ensure the efficient delivery of quality medical physics services.
  • To be responsible for all aspects of quality, standards, and governance within the department, including securing compliance with internal policies and external bodies.
  • To act as the risk manager for the department, identifying and mitigating potential risks.
  • To provide training in quality management and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • To manage the deputy quality manager and line manage the quality and governance officer.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits, including pension scheme, annual leave, and career development opportunities.
