King's School Canterbury is seeking a highly skilled Administrative Governance Support Specialist to join its governance and compliance operations team.

About the Role

This part-time, permanent position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic functioning of the school, working closely with the Clerk to the Governors and the governors themselves.

The role is virtual with some flexibility regarding hours; some evening and weekend work may be required. As an Administrative Governance Support Specialist, you will maintain accurate records for the Foundation and individual governors, including training and compliance documentation.

You will also ensure that all governance documents are up-to-date, liaise with external organisations, and handle statutory compliance documents. Additionally, you will regularly update the governors' section on the school's intranet and website.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need strong IT proficiency, being proficient in MS Office, Zoom, MS Teams, and other virtual collaboration tools. You will also need to be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience. The King's School Canterbury offers a range of benefits, including a company pension, cycle to work scheme, discounted or free food, gym membership, and Monday to Friday working hours.
