As an administrative assistant, you will provide essential support to the existing office administration team, ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of day-to-day activities. Your role will involve capturing precise and comprehensive meeting notes, preparing materials for upcoming sessions using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint, and assisting with calendar management and expense tracking.

The ideal candidate will be highly proficient in Office, Excel, and PowerPoint, with agility in adapting to shifting priorities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Prepare content in Excel and PowerPoint for upcoming sessions
  • Support calendar planning, manage expenses, and uphold general office standards
  • Order stationery and other office supplies as needed
