Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Administrator to join our Ashford & Canterbury Community Mental Health Admin Team.
This role will be based at Laurel House, working primarily with the Mental Health Together team, and involves supporting the wider Clinical Team and managers.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the admin mailbox and take and screen phone calls
- Minute meetings and maintain accurate records
- Use the patient record system RIO (training provided)
- Regular patient contact by phone/text to arrange appointments
- Perform other varied admin tasks as required
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, a professional and confident telephone manner, good organizational and keyboard skills, and a working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages.
They will also require empathy and compassion, a professional and flexible attitude, and the ability to prioritize workloads and work under pressure at times.
