Position: Support and Care Specialist

Role Overview:

We are in search of Support and Care Specialists to become part of our dedicated team at Bridge Haven, a residential care facility situated in the Bridge area. We have multiple positions available:

  • Day shifts available on a full or part-time basis (including alternate weekends)
  • Night shifts available on a full or part-time basis (including alternate weekends)
  • Relief roles

Candidate Profile:

We seek individuals who are dependable, approachable, and professional. A collaborative spirit and strong communication abilities are essential, along with a flexible work ethic. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not a requirement as we offer comprehensive training and support to help you thrive in your position.

If you have experience in customer service, your skills will be beneficial and applicable in providing care for those in need.
