Position Title: Support and Care Specialist

Role Overview:
We are actively looking for Support and Care Specialists to become part of our team at Bridge Haven, a residential care facility situated in Bridge, near Canterbury, Kent. We have multiple openings available:
- Full-time or part-time daytime shifts (including alternate weekends)
- Full-time or part-time nighttime shifts (including alternate weekends)
- Relief roles
Candidate Profile:
We seek individuals who are dependable, approachable, and professional. You should be a collaborative team member with strong communication abilities and a flexible work attitude. While prior experience is advantageous, it is not essential as we offer training and support to help you thrive in your position.
If you have a background in customer service, your skills will be beneficial and applicable to caring for those in need.
