Our Care Home

Bridge Haven is one of our residential care homes located in a picturesque setting near Canterbury, Kent. We offer a range of care services, including nursing and dementia care, to ensure our residents receive the highest level of care and support.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Care and Support Professional to join our team at Bridge Haven. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging lifestyle for our residents, while delivering exceptional care and comfort.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Support and encourage residents to engage in activities of daily life, promoting their physical and emotional well-being.
  • Assist residents with all aspects of care, including personal care, medication management, and mobility support.

Requirements

  • Reliable, friendly, and professional approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including alternate weekends.
  • Previous experience in care or a related field is desirable, but not essential.
