Lifting Operations Administrator

A leading trade association in the lifting industry seeks a highly organized and communicative Training Administrator to join their team in Huntingdon.
About the Role:
- This position involves responding to member inquiries regarding training, assessments, and other needs.
- eLearning, ZOOM, and practical training bookings will be managed, including TEAM Card Refreshers & card production.
- Training materials for in-house and on-site courses will be prepared.
- eLearning students on the Learning Management System will be processed.
- Assessment results will be processed and sent to members/students.
- Supporting cover for the Admin Team during holidays, sickness, and peak periods will be provided.
- Meeting rooms will be prepared as needed.
- The Accredited Training Scheme will be supported.
- Outbound post and couriered items will be prepared.
- Telephone call handling will be performed.
- Closely communicating with all departments will be essential.
- Additional office duties may be required to ensure efficient administration.
- Attending training sessions and complying with H&S requirements will be necessary.
About the Company:
Our client is an established global trade association representing company membership involved in lifting operations and equipment worldwide.
What We Offer:
- Salary: £23,000 - increasing to £23,500 after 3 months.
- Benefits include optional medical insurance after probation (3 months), starting pension, free travel insurance, death in service benefits, and 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays.
Your Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills are required.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities are essential.
- Attention to detail is crucial.
- Experience of MS Office is necessary.
Location: Huntingdon, PE29 6FN. Estimated salary: £24,240 based on average UK salaries for similar roles.
