As a Workshop Assistant you will support the Company in its general day to day activities.

Duties will include;
- Process respective work orders as distributed by line managers.
- Work to inspection / test procedures and risk assessments for appropriate equipment
- Confirming equipment conforms to relevant purchase orders and product specifications
- Complete inspection records and stores requisitions on works orders
- Work to company Quality Standard requirements
- Work to company health and safety requirements and risk assessments
- Booking in of stock and equipment purchased for works orders
- General housekeeping of workshop and yard
- Assisting in all workshop and yard duties
- Ensure all relevant training logs are completed upon completion of works scope
- Carry out any other duties that are within the employees skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed

Preferred skills;
- Clean Driving Licence
- Strong organisation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal with multiple deadlines
- Able to work as part of a team and as an individual

Hours of work are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with potential of regular overtime.

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving License (preferred)

Work Location: In person
