Main Responsibilities:
  1. Administration:
  • Raise purchase orders and maintain office & yard supplies.
  • Maintain credit card and petty cash transactions + new customer credit checks.
  • Maintain training records and book courses where necessary.
  • Maintain absence & HR records; help with recruitment.
Operations:
  • Book transport.
  • Generate forms.
  • Run the weekly day-rate report.
  • Annual Projects:
  • Support the directors with annual reviews/updates such as:
  • Achilles.
  • ISO.
  • Modern Slavery.
  • Policy handbook.

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum.
