Role Overview: As an Operations Administrator you will be responsible for providing administrative support across a range of HR related activity including: New Joiner Onboarding: Ensure new starters across UK and Europe are onboarded in line with internal policies/processes and regulatory guidance Processing Contractual Changes : Manage and execute various contractual changes, including transfers, promotions and work pattern adjustments, ensuring accuracy and adherence with company policies.
Management of temporary workforce including starters, renewals and leavers Employment References : Provide timely and accurate employment references for former employees.
HR/Payroll Activity Reporting : Consolidate monthly HR activity for payroll processing.
Central Inbox/Ticket Management : Manage a central inbox/ticketing system, offering guidance on company policies and processes.
HRIS Data Maintenance : Maintain and update data within HR Information Systems (HRIS).
