HR Assistant

**Duties**:
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
- Maintain employee records (physical and digital)
- Conduct data entry and maintain HR databases
- Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Handle employee inquiries and ensure timely responses
- Manage HR software systems
**Experience**:
- Proven experience as an HR Assistant or relevant human resources/administrative position
- Knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels
- Ability to handle confidential information professionally
- Admin
- Book keeping
**Job Type**: Part-time
Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
