**Salary: Up to £21,000 pa**
**Location: Sandy, Cambourne area - Own transport required due to location**
An Administration Assistant is required by an established Engineering Design & Manufacturing company to assist with all the administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment.
The Administration Assistant main duties will be working in the Design Office, assisting with the administration of their MRP software and other administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment, this will include:
- Creation of Bills of Material from drawings and parts lists.
- Creation of Sales Order numbers for stock contracts.
- Create pick lists for Stores and Manufacturing departments.
- Advise Purchasing of all part requirements for contracts.
- Close down works orders on "ready for delivery" items.
- Maintenance of the Parts database.
- Assist in the duties of the MRP System Administrator and cover all duties when required.
- Any other administration duties which may arise within an engineering office environment.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience within an administration environment.
- A good telephone manner.
- IT Skills. (Word, Excel & Outlook).
- Friendly and approachable personality.
- Able to multi-task.
Salary Range up to £21,000 per annum.
Holiday: 22 Days, increases to 25 with service years.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
Location: In the St. Neots, Sandy, Cambourne area - Own transport required due to location
