Accounts and Administrative Assistant

**Job Overview**:
The daily tasks involved will include (but not exclusive to) the following:
- Preparing and sending sales invoices.
- Recording and reporting daily figures for the Senior Management Team.
- Chasing and receiving customer payments.
- Reconciling of our accounts system.
- Sending of payment letters to bad debtors.
- Answering the telephone and managing Customer queries.
- Administration payments.
- Support to the Senior Management Team and Directors.
- Assisting the Managing Director with a range of varied administrative tasks.
- General office maintenance, including monitoring mail and filing paperwork.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Experience with Xero Accounting System an advantage.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Be approachable and organised with your time.
- Have a polite and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently using own initiative.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
**Location**: On site, based at our North Walsham or Great Yarmouth office - whichever is most convenient
**Pay**: DOE
