We have an opportunity in our Great Chesterford Office for an HR Administrator to join our team supporting the Southern Region of the business working with Operations Managers on day-to-day people issues. This role will provide you with the opportunity to develop your knowledge and skills in Human Resources.
The job role includes:
- Onboarding new colleagues to meet Company and legal standards.
- HR record creation and maintenance.
- Ongoing support for managers in the day-to-day management of their teams. Strong relationships with the Operations teams and other support teams will be key to the success of the job holder.
- Ensuring compliance with all legal and licensing requirements in the HR area.
- Monitoring progress against targets using internal systems and taking appropriate action to achieve goals.
- Supporting the business through disciplinary and grievance processes ensuring that all statutory and internal standards are met with support and guidance where necessary.
- Supporting TUPE processes
