Contract Type: Full-time, part-time and flexible contracts

We are seeking experienced support workers to join our team in secondary schools based in the Leyland area.

The ideal candidate will be organised, patient, and confident, with a sound understanding of the key issues affecting young people. They will also have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively with pupils, teachers, and other support staff.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum of GCSE qualifications in English, Maths, and Science required
  • Enhanced DBS required (can apply through Teaching Personnel)
  • CPD Academy available to all candidates
  • 'Refer a friend' bonus scheme through Teaching Personnel
  • Competitive daily pay (£80-£100 per day), paid weekly

About This Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Education Assistant - Secondary Schools. As a key member of our team, you will provide tailored support to pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Your Responsibilities:

To provide individualised support to pupils with varying needs and abilities

To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans

To maintain accurate records and reports as required

To contribute to the overall well-being and safety of pupils
