Building Cost Control Specialist

Carnell Support Services Ltd is currently seeking a Building Cost Control Specialist to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring they are completed within budget.
About the Role:- Develop and manage project budgets, analyze construction costs, and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, preferably in building and civil engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of $95,000 - $125,000 per year.
