Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quantitative Cost Control Specialist to join our team, responsible for implementing cost control measures and optimizing project expenditure. The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction estimation and a proven track record of success in cost management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement cost control measures to optimize project expenditure and enhance profitability, through effective negotiation and contract management.
  • Negotiate and review terms to ensure compliance with legal and company standards, maintaining high levels of professionalism and integrity.
  • Provide regular financial reports to senior managers, highlighting key trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, to reduce project expenditure and increase profitability.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in cost management and project delivery.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and project management abilities, with the capacity to work effectively with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
