About the Opportunity

Carnell Support Services Ltd is offering an exciting opportunity for a Lead Building Economics Specialist to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our team's efforts in managing all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring that they are completed within budget.

You will work closely with our project managers to develop and maintain detailed project budgets and forecasts, conduct thorough risk assessments, and implement effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead project expenses management and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and maintain detailed project budgets and forecasts
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of project-related data and provide regular progress reports

Requirements

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
