As a Senior Quantity Surveyor at Carnell Support Services Ltd, you will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates, monitoring project expenditures, and implementing effective cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle.
You will also be expected to prepare, review, and update detailed cost estimates and budgets, manage the end-to-end commercial process, and produce and deliver accurate monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) to senior managers.
The successful candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field, proven experience in quantity surveying or cost management within the Civil Engineering industry, and strong knowledge of NEC contracts.
The salary for this position is estimated to be between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
