Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Specialist Nurses and other team members, including booking appointments, registering patients on the computer system, and managing databases and filing systems.
  • Communication: Handle external and internal telephone enquiries from staff, patients, and others with efficiency, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Data Management: Use databases and computer systems to create and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Qualifications: RSA 2 or equivalent, RSA3 typing qualification or ECDL or equivalent, typing speed of 60wpm.
  • Skills: Efficient use of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email and intranet, ability to manage own workload and work autonomously as part of a team, demonstrate a commitment to continuing personal and professional development.
