**Job Title:** Learning Support Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Learning Support Specialist to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing support to children with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in a Mainstream Secondary School within Chorley, Lancashire.

**Responsibilities:

• Assist students with completing their work and staying focused on tasks

• Help remove triggers that may distract or hinder student progress

• Collaborate closely with the class teacher and additional support team

• Communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents

• Complete observations and share findings with the class teacher

• Support students in achieving their targets and reaching their full potential

**Requirements:

• Experience working with ADHD students

• Familiarity with secondary school settings

• Knowledge of ADHD triggers and support strategies

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Patience and understanding when working with students

The estimated salary for this role is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
