Role Overview:
S simply Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join a specialist team at a highly respected independent special day school. This role is integral in creating better outcomes and enhancing life chances for students with SEN.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the class teacher in planning, preparing and delivering lessons.
- Assist with the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
- Provide individualized support to students with SEN.
Requirements:
A relevant qualification and experience working with students with SEN.
A strong understanding of SEN and its impact on learning.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
