We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Randstad.

As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex special educational needs in a nurturing and inclusive environment. Our school is designed to cater to children with communication needs, often associated with Autism Spectrum Conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support children 1:1, in small groups, and in whole-class settings, ensuring that every child's needs are met in a calm and positive environment.
  • Help create engaging lessons and activities that bring out the best in each student, working closely with a dedicated and collaborative team.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience with SEN (Highly Desirable)
  • Experience (paid or voluntary) working with children
  • GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
