Teaching Assistant

The role involves providing one-to-one support to students, forging strong relationships, and working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping students achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities- Provide individualised support to Key Stage 2 pupils with SEMH and associated learning difficulties.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with students, teachers, and support staff.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for supporting children with SEMH and a commitment to their development.
- Relevant experience in a special educational needs or care setting is desirable.
- Level 2, 3, or 4 teaching assistant qualifications or relevant degree honours are advantageous.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
