Multi-Skilled Support Worker

We are looking for an experienced individual to join our team as a Multiskilled Maintenance worker. In this position, you will be responsible for driving and receiving mileage compensation for traveling between sites.
Main Responsibilities:- Maintenance Services: Providing a range of maintenance services including painting, decorating, and locksmith services.
- Risk Management: Conducting thorough risk assessments to ensure a safe working environment.
- Assembly and Installation: Assembling and installing flat pack furniture efficiently.
- Cleaning and Waste Management: Maintaining the premises through cleaning and waste removal.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Conducting regular checks on our minibus to ensure it remains roadworthy.
- General Maintenance: Undertaking general household DIY tasks to maintain a safe environment.
- Youth Support Services: Delivering practical sessions to support young people's independent living skills.
A successful applicant should possess strong communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a basic understanding of health and safety procedures.
Salary Details:£25,000 - £30,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
