School Support Worker Job Summary
We are seeking a qualified and experienced School Support Worker to join our team at Service Care Solutions Ltd. As a School Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support to students in various primary school settings. This will involve working collaboratively with teachers and staff to deliver educational programs and activities, and providing individualized assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Main Responsibilities:
  • Support students in general classroom environments or one-on-one settings as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers and staff to develop and implement educational programs and activities.
  • Provide individualized assistance to students with special educational needs (SEN).

Key Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting students in KS1 and 2 is essential.
  • A demonstrated passion for working with students of all levels within a school environment.
  • Desirable: Experience working with children who have SEN.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this role is £21,600 - £26,100 per annum.
