About The Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Education Assistant - Secondary Schools. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to provide tailored support to pupils, helping them to achieve their full potential.

Your Key Responsibilities:

To provide individualised support to pupils with varying needs and abilities

To work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective support plans

To maintain accurate records and reports as required

To contribute to the overall well-being and safety of pupils
