As a Housing Needs Specialist at Seetec Business Technology Centre, you will play a vital role in supporting participants with their housing needs. This is a rewarding opportunity to utilise your skills to influence and encourage others to maximise their potential and build a better future.

The ideal candidate will have experience or knowledge of accommodation, including legislation, and be highly effective in interpersonal and communication skills. You will also be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships, as well as possess good organisation skills and ability to meet deadlines.

You will be responsible for managing a caseload of participants, producing personalised accommodation plans, carrying out initial assessments, and recording progress and outcomes timely and accurately using a case management system. You will also maintain contact with participants, identifying any emerging risks and concerns.

This is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, with a competitive salary of £24,301 - £26,251 per annum, depending on experience. The location is hybrid, with the ability to work from home and travel around the local area when necessary.

The successful candidate will be required to process a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check. Seetec Business Technology Centre supports the recruitment of ex-offenders and does not discriminate in any way.
