As a Community Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care and support to patients in their own homes, working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Requirements:
- A degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- NMC Registration as a Registered Nurse (Adult) is essential.
- Experience in assessing and managing long-term conditions, including palliative care and wound management.
